Shipping and returns
1. Free Shipping
Orders over €150 qualify for free standard shipping within Austria/EU.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

5. Tracking
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. For delays, contact us at info@airstrikeskateboards.shop with your tracking number.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of packaging & item within 7 days. For lost packages, we’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for any reason, and another 14 days to return goods in original condition (unworn, unused, tags/packaging intact).
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact returns@airstrikeskateboards.shop with your order number and reason. We’ll send return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.
- Faulty, wrong, or damaged items: we cover return shipping fees.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges shipped once returned item is received (if in stock).
Customs & Duties: Non-EU customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
